I do have to say that I am quite pleased and surprised at the same time about the customer service at Think Renewable. It all started with a knock on the door and I usually brush off people who try to sell things however the person was so genuine and warm that I actually stayed to listen. This then proceeded to an appointment with one of the sales team which was very patient with us with explaining the process and how it works. I was quite skeptical about the whole thing because it just seemed too good to be true. We then decided to take the risk and sign up with Think Renewable and I have to say from signing and to the installation of the panels it has been such a pleasant journey. I get daily updates in regards to the installation and the people installing the panels were also very professional in explaining how it works with no fluff. A week into solar energy and we cant be happy enough with the service and the product. Many thanks to Alan who would receive my calls after working hours and also reply to my annoying emails with patience. Sarah has also been amazing at organising the date for installation.
